Do You Have back & shoulder tension? Give this movement a try!

Feel the release of your back and spine after this stretch!

Supine Snow Angels

The Setup:
Lie down on top of a foam roller from the top of your head to your tailbone. Plant your feet flat on the floor with your knees over your ankles. Place your arms out to the side like you're about to make snow angels.

The Movement:
Slowly shift your torso over to one side, massaging your upper back and shoulders along the foam roller. Use your abdominals and pull back into the center with your spine on the foam roller. Repeat towards the other side, and alternate for a few reps.

Remember! Don't stray too far away from center to avoid losing your balance, and removing the focus from your upper back/spine.
