House of Physical Therapy was created with the vision that patients would be as comfortable as they are at home while getting real tailored treatment. The providers are in gym clothes, and we ask you to be too. No white coats or blue gowns here…
Our therapists - Dr. Jillian, Dr. Julia, Dr. Alberto, Dr. Jason, & Dr. Shannon - work with the ClassPass addicts, the ultra marathon runners, the weightlifters; people who are exercising 5 days a week without missing a meeting at work. In fact, a lot of our patients schedule PT like a meeting - we are always on time and keep our sessions within a hard 45 minute slot.

ABOUT
Athletes, actors, fitness enthusiasts, and local entrepreneurs seek care here because of the level of personal treatment and direct access to the provider. There are pain relief techniques that allow our clients to maintain a high level of performance.
We operate differently here. There is no receptionist, no assistant, no gym; it’s just us, in gym clothes. Our patients say House of PT is not another “chain PT clinic in NYC”, but instead a “great 1 on 1 experience, very different from ‘big box’ PT services.” The patients we attract have, unfortunately, “tried it all before” and are frustrated from hearing things like - if it hurts when you run, stop running.

OUR GOAL
Our goal at HOPT is to keep our clients safely exercising. We keep close relationships with trainers of all backgrounds and always take their classes ourselves so we know the best fit for you when you’re ready to get back in the gym.
You can’t stay in PT forever.
The best part of the treatment plan is the day when we do a workout of your choice together to make that smooth transition to working out alone. This can be at one of our partner studios, or a favorite of yours.
